Our main forte is creating platforms where UK employers ranging from big public sector organisations, private companies, charities to SME’s, especially those who need to increase the number of women that they employ, meet face-to-face with a pool of talented and diverse women in various disciplines.

We are very passionate about linking women to flexible working opportunities, and also specialise in organising professional development events such as training workshops, seminars, networking events, conferences etc. specifically for women.

Our mission is to connect women with smart opportunities by supporting both employers and women to break down the perceived or existing barriers in the workplace. We are constantly developing strategic relationships to provide opportunities, resources and links that support the career advancement of women in the work place, and welcome the opportunity to customise programmes and events for employers who are keen to achieve specific diversity goals.
